This project may be understood as a critical stance towards anthropocentrism that aims to address the problems of the Anthropocene by diving on the conflicting relationship between humans and silkworms.

Silkworms performs live on a silk hanging sculpture through the vehicle of projection. The sculpture's is made out silk sleeping bags. Silk, a material that embeds human disturbance on the silkworm's evolution.

Evidence of multispicies entanglement.

A fragment of what we may call the Anthropocene

There is something particularly unsettling about silk sleeping bags. Humans, after stealing the silk produced by silkworms, they reshaped to mimic a human version of the silkworm's cocoons. A human cocoon made of silk.
